Staff spoke a good level of English and were very helpful. The room we stayed in was immaculate, and kept so for our full week long stay. Air con worked well and wasn’t too noisy, wifi was free with a strong signal. The pool was kept very clean. There was a small fridge in the room which worked well, and a water filter in main reception. Breakfast was at a small cafe/restaurant round the corner. Good traditional Mexican breakfast all served with coffee and a serving of fresh fruit. Staff at the cafe spoke very little English but there was an English translation of the menu available and good wifi onsite, handy for planning your day. Overall we had a great stay at Casa de las Flores and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Playa Del Carmen 😁

Out of of all the places we stayed during our trip in Yucatan, this was the number 1. Great location easy to find, away from the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue but within a few minutes walk from it. We found a space to park in the street however there seem to be a couple of parking spaces for guests at the front of the hotel, even though they're not advertised. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious enough for all our stuff. Shower pressure was good and the WiFi signal was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The pool, although small, was clean and refreshing. The overall design of this hotel is fantastic with lots of plants framing the beautiful sight. We recommend and would love to return there!

Cute hotel tucked away from the main touristy area , but close enough to everything like shops , bars , restaurants . The hotel is lovely , it has a beautiful courtyard and nice swimming pool, and it’s decorated in a typical Mexican style .rooms are spacious and lovely with fridge inside and big bathroom . Air con is great too . Staff is very nice and helpful , even though some of them don’t speak much English , but that was not an issue for me as I can speak Spanish :) They however always tried to assist us and help the best way they could . We stayed 4 days and had a great time .

Staff were really sweet and always greeted us with a smile. They were very attentive to our needs, from beach towels to our request to change rooms due to a crack on the door (we stayed for a week and mosquitoes might get in). Walking distance to 5th ave and the public beach! Room was always refreshed everyday and new towels were ready after a long day in the water! Really appreciate that! The breakfast place included was a minute walk away but we loved it there. Nice big portions a la carte menu, its not a problem at all!

Very homely and friendly and honest staff and manager. After staying at na balam in isla de mujeres which cost 3 times this price and the manager from mexico ripped us off, this hotel is all about honesty which is so important. Comfortable bed. Clean pool ,this is important because several hotels in Mexico (including na balam) had pools where you could tell they weren't being maintained and water was still. Close to town and beach. Staff happy to look after your every need. Great restaurant recommendations. Great price
